If you are training for a specific sport or event, my goal is to maximise your movement efficiency, fitness and performance potential through progressive strength and skill development.  Through focused training cycles and pulling from different training disciplines to create programming that works for you, we will get you to your sporting and training targets at minimal costs to your health, with a strong and resilient body and mind.

When we chase performance there will always be a cost, but that cost does not have to mean completely sacrificing your health.  My goal for you is to get you to maximum performance with the minimum negative effects to your body. We will build a resilient body that performs to your highest degree of success.

Once we have an understanding of your goals and targets to achieve we work using different performance and health markers and a periodised training plan to manage the appropriate amount of training stress your body can handle and at different times in your life.

To do this we will look at and track all factors involved in performance including:

  • Lifestyle balance - sleep, work/life stress, family/relationship circumstances
