My coaching and programming comes from 20+ years of experience and feedback in coaching clients, studying and learning from numerous courses, experts and scientific research, over 23 years of experience in serious training myself and competing in endurance sports.

The Process
All my coaching and programming is completely personal and looks different for every client, based on individual goals, needs and accountability levels required. Our pre work will determine how the information is delivered to you and how feedback and check ins are done, to ensure we are working in a manner that best helps you achieve your goals.
We establish this using the information I gather from the pre training questionnaire, our discussions and Gretchen Rubin’s 4 Tendency quiz, which I have found extremely helpful to understand how we are motivated.
We will use my online portals and apps to manage and track your progress, plus Training Peaks, where appropriate.
All training with Felicity includes:
Programming delivered through an online portal
Pre training questionnaire
Weekly feedback/check in form
Communication via WhatsApp/text/email as often as required
Tracking - sleep, HRV, heart rate, nutrition (each where appropriate/required)
Holistic approach to training - we look at many factors including breathwork, nutrition, lifestyle, work commitments, lifestyle, resilience, autonomic nervous system regulation, purpose.
Nutrition advice where required.
One to One Coaching
