We will utilise tools and elements from many different training disciplines and methods including traditional strength/weight training, pilates, yoga, calisthenics, gymnastics, postural therapy, Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), energy systems work, speed, agility and plyometrics to improve your health, performance and movement.
